Festival Organizer will select the best 10 amateur folklore groups with exceptional artistic level from 4 corners of the World.
Participating groups should be amateur National Folklore performance groups accompanied with live musicians.
Number of participants in the group should be 15- 40 members including dancers, mangers and musicians.
Participants of the group members should be 15+. (Exceptions will be permitted)
Group will be accompanied by one IEFF-host during the festival.
Group has to get National Flag of their Country.
Group has to get 4-5 Gifts to exchanges with officials of the Festivals during the opening and Closing Ceremony.
The date of arrival for participating groups to New Delhi is 23rd July 2020/8th Oct 2020 between 10:00-12:00 hours (1st meal starts with lunch, no breakfast).
The departure time from New Delhi will be on 28th July, 2020 / 13th Oct, 2020 in between 10:00-12:00 hours after breakfast & 29th July, 2020/14th Oct, 2020 between 10:00-12:00 hours after breakfast is the departure date for those groups who chooses the AGRA Tour.
The participating groups will be escorted by a coach, organized by Shrustii Multicultural Centre, from Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi to the Hotel.
Each group should cover the expense of their international flight for the round-trip.
Every member of the group, has to have Travel Insurance which should include your medical and accidental coverage during the period of the festival.
Other expenses, such as beverages, laundry, room service, long distance calls etc. shall be borne by the individual of the group.
The Group should perform 4 different folk dances with 10,15, 20 minutes slots each with live music 2 times a day at provided venues.
Venues for performances will include open-air stages, theaters, halls, Auditoriums, the parade through the central street- The New Delhi, and scenic spots without special stage facilities or lighting equipment.
Groups should attend the rehearsal on time.
Group should provide 3 workshops in the festival.
Group should actively participate in the discussion forums.
The group has to take part in all programs.
During the festival period, the groups have no right to cancel any performance without any approval from the Festival Committee.
National costume of their state can be stylized.
One day will be completely free of any kinds of Stage performances.
The festival reserves the right for Radio,TV and video-recording without paying any honorarium.
The Festival organizing committee has the right to change the schedule of the program at any time during the festival.
By applying you confirm that you accept all festival conditions. All detailed information will be supplied after the confirmation for participation.
Any activity, either from any individual or any group that could harm the festival is not allowed.
IEFF reserves the right to make its own decisions by consulting your organizing members at those unforeseen situations which are not mentioned in the Conditions of the festival.

NOTE: Only 7-10 Tourism spots can be covered in a day for Delhi Tour.
The participant has to follow the dress code while taking entry in to some of the sacred temples. (Proper dressing with head cover).
(Delhi Monuments remain closed for all visitors on Monday).
