BELGIUM (JULY)

ROYAL ART GROUP ALKUONE

The group offers boys and girls a diverse range of training in dance, flag waving and percussion, for various age groups. During rehearsals, young people can discover their creative and expressive potential, and there is also room for them to broaden their horizons through performances and trips both within Belgium and abroad.

Since 1957, Alkuone has been putting on successful performances both within Belgium and abroad, and helping its members discover the world. The flag-waving section can perform acrobatic and spectacular routines where the flag regularly soars high into the air. Synchronized waving can also be executed by a very large group, enhancing the visual impact with our colored flags.

The dance section of the group can perform various choreographies within modern dance, primarily focusing on serene and polished routines in smaller groups. The percussionists energize the flagwavers with tight beats and powerful drum performances. They are an enthusiastic and high-energy bunch that can captivate the audience even without the flag-waving element.

The group has travelled to 47 countries till now .........


MALAYSIA (JULY)

KELAB BUDAYA D’OLUMIS

Established since 2018. The dancers are made up of youths from various backgrounds. The dances the group practices have important elements that are significant to the culture in which they were developed.

The group have expertise in a wide range of different dance genres from Malaysian traditional folklore.For the International Ethnic Folklore Festival and Dance Competition in New Delhi, the dancers involved were students at SMK Gunsanad 2 Keningau and Keningau Vocational College.

The group performs three types of dances to compete there later that is Modtomu Sumirid from ethnic Dusun Liwan, Mengalai abai from ethnic Orang Sungai and Joget Zapin from Melayu. troupe.


SENEGAL (JULY)

Pyaar ka Naghma Dance Group

An African cultural dance group is renowned in the fields of traditional art forms. The group practices Mbalax dance (traditional dance from Senegal, Africa), these dances are closely connected with the traditional rhythms and music traditions.

The group has a specific talent of practicing Indian dance forms. Indeed, they also practice Bollywood, Kathak and Bharatnatyam dance. The group was founded in 2021 and has organized two editions of Indian dance in Senegal and participated in several dance events in Senegal.

The dances traditionally involve a group of people dancing to a choreography together, in communication with the drums.


NEPAL (JULY)

Miniland English high School

The group comes from the capital Kathmandu, the city rich in customs, traditions and cultures. Nepal, a small landlocked country nestled in the lap of the mighty Himalayas, is celebrated worldwide for its rich cultural heritage, and dance remains a quintessential element of this vibrant legacy.

The group comprises of 12 members, aged from 13 to 15 years and are the students of Miniland English high school. This group will be performing various folk dances reflecting the ampleness of cultural diversity of Nepal.

The group dance is more than mere entertainment; it is an amalgamation of art, spirituality, community, and storytelling, transcending the boundaries of caste, religion, and region. Each dance tells a tale, embodies a prayer, or celebrates life’s varied moments.

Udaya Dancing Academy

The Group is a well performing dance troupe in srilanka, will entertain with some traditional, Dance Culture is of rich history, beauty and regality.

The group promotes value of community giving, sharing, and caring, leadership among children and young adults and giving a platform for the multicultural. The Traditional Sri Lankan Dance Culture is of rich history, beauty and regality

The group is passionate about passing on their heritage's golden values and art forms to the generations to come with an exclusive dance school, studio and a renowned dance troupe.


GHANA (JULY)

Padmore Owusu Nwom

The Group gave the world a breath-taking apercu of African aesthetics and culture from the perspective of Africans. The Ensemble has served as a model for a variety of amateur groups in Ghana. The group is lead by PADMORE - A Ghanaian Musician and Instrumentalist.

Padmore Owusu Kwarteng, better known by his stage name PADMORE, is a Ghanaian musician, songwriter, instrumentalist, and producer. He has built a formidable reputation and worked with many great musicians in Ghana and beyond.
